The Villa
Villa Bottelier Curacao consists of two buildings, being connected in the middle. The house is built on a slope and has four levels. These levels are connected by short staircases.The house has about 200 m2 of living space, making this house quite spacious. Since the bedrooms are at different levels, the house offers plenty of privacy for every guest.
The elevated position of this villa offers you a great view all around. It also ensures that the tradewinds reach the housing; Adjustable shutter windows provide natural cooling. More or less wind instead of air conditioning. It's up to you. You will be very comfortable in this holiday home on Curacao!
Villa Bottelier is a fully furnished holiday home on Curacao. The living area consists of a living room, that merges with the large veranda.
By opening the dividing doors between living room and veranda, inside and outside are connected which doubles the living room area space. Both the living room and the veranda have quality furniture with a tropical look. And always that awesome view! From the terrace, you look down at the beautiful and lit swimming pool, which is one floor below. Enjoy the outdoor living. This is a beautiful and pure holiday feeling!
Kitchen
The open kitchen offers all usual appliances, like an American (double-door) refrigerator with icecube dispenser, a dishwasher, a five-burner stove (gas), a microwave and lots of smaller devices such as a blender, a coffee machine (filter and Senseo) etc. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room goes over into the veranda, where you can find the large dining table (8 persons).
Bedrooms
Villa Bottelier Curacao has up to 8 sleeps in four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a queensize double bed, the other two bedrooms have 2 single box springs, which can also serve as a double bed. Two bedrooms have the luxury of a private bathroom, two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Particularly the master bedroom is very spacious and very comfortably equipped.
All necessary bedding, towels and pillows are available. The quiet air conditioners provide a cool night climate. In some of the rooms, a cot (60 x 120) can be added. Extra cots can also be supplied at a small extra fee. For the little kids there's also a diningchair available.

Outdoors
On the ground floor, you have access to the spacious pool deck with a large, shaded terrace and a lovely pool with easy steps and a sitting area. Comfortable garden furniture such as loungers, chairs, and sidetables are provided. In the evening you can enjoy a BBQ diner in a beautifully illuminated garden- and poolarea.
Various services
A (rental) car can be parked behind the gate on the property. In a luxurious villa like this, of course all modern comforts of home are taken care of. The house has an ADSL internet connection (Scarlet prepaid system, you can buy credits virtually anywhere on the island) and a prepaid mobile phone with a local number is also at your disposal for your local calls as well as to avoid roaming charges on your own phone. Also you will find an extensive information book about the house and its surroundings ready and waiting for you.
Some children's toys and books are available free of charge. This also applies to a small collection of (children's) DVDs. Feel free to also bring your own movies; the DVD player can play all region formats. The audio equipment includes an iPod-dock.
The voltage of the villa is double: both the american plugsystem (127 volts in the entire house) and 220 volts (on a number of places) are available. This makes it easy to use both local appliances and use or recharge your own appliances on a european standard.
