The ground floor of Villa Bottelier gives access to the spacious, partially covered terrace with an adjacent pool deck and a lovely pool (7 x 4 meters, about 100 to 160 cm deep). The pooldeck and terrace offers comfortable furniture, including loungechairs, deckchairs and sidetables. Also, a Weber BBQ is provided.
The pool has easy steps and an underwater bench, where you can sit and relax with a cold drink. From the pool you can overlook the beautiful surroundings. The pool is being professionally cleaned and maintained twice a week by the property manager, so you can safely swim. The water temperature is normally between 26º C and 30º C.
The garden around the house has many tropical flowers and plants which can stand the hot climate. The 'drip' provides a controlled and automatic supply of water to the plants. You do not have to worry about watering them.
Parking
You can park your car on the premises behind a lockable gate.
Please note:
Due to its location on a hillside slope, the entrance of the house can only be reached by climbing a number of stairs. Therefore, the house is less suitable for those with walking difficulties or people who are dependent on a wheelchair. Looking for a home that is more easily accessible?
